It starts with a 1:1 Exploration Session where we review the tasks that you are currently doing manually to get a more in depth understanding of how these tasks are done and how much time could be saved through automation.
- Assessing your current working practices and systems.
- Identifying automation opportunities based on the tasks you feel are taking up most of your time.
- Identifying additional time saving opportunities to that may not have been considered.
What Is Included
- 1:1 30 minute zoom session every two weeks identify the automations you want created that month and to provide a progress update.
- Up to 2 automations created, tested and implemented each month. (8 hours of automation consultancy and done for you services)

Frequently Asked Questions
If you are currently doing repetitive administrative tasks then automation can definitely save you time. How much will depend on many factors and that’s what our exploration session is designed for.
Can I do it myself?
You can do it yourself, many of the automation tools require little or no coding experience, but we find that most of our clients either need some assistance from us or are happy for us to do the work for them as it saves any learning curve. However you decide to proceed I can help
My hourly rate is $99 per hour but by using the retainer plan you are getting a much reduced rate as I will spend a minimum of 8 hours assisting you design and implement your goals
We can get a lot done in the retainer package already, but sometimes there will be a bigger project or multiple things to tackle at once. If you want to speed up the process and complete your automations sooner you can upgrade the retainer to include more time for building the automations.
Most of the mainstream cloud based software packages can easily be integrated using the automation tools we use. In some rare instances it may not always be possible to directly integrate one piece of software with another, but we make every effort to find a suitable solution and will always advise you up front of any potential issues.
That depends on what it is you need to automate. Some clients just want a few simple automations which may take just a few hours, Others may want a great many tasks automated, in which case we will work out a plan and break down each automation into individual projects so that you get an estimate of time and costs and decide the best plan for implementation.
